Who pays water/sewer/garbage?
9 February 2019 | 7 replies
My quarterly water/sewer bill is just south of $1200 on the 5 family, heat this month $250.It was built into the rent when I took over and after I implemented conservation/ regulated thermostats and insulation my profit jumped (one heat bill was almost $800, prior to sale). You are set up with separate meters- If you chose to split the bill I would consider whether you can institute cost saving measures first that may give you a profit.

How to estimate adequate insurance coverage for a condo?
23 November 2016 | 3 replies
I realized immediately that cost / sq ft norms for my area aren't necessarily a good measure, as they are assuming a free-standing residence, and not making a burned out condo whole.Unfortunately, my agent admitted he had no idea how to estimate it either.Does anyone have any ideas on how to approach this?
