To be honest, I don't love management because you then manage the different owner personalities involved, so I'm very slow to take on just anyone's property to manage.

Love the focus and sharing your goals @Juan Barraza - NO DOUBT you will get those 5 houses this year if you keep telling everyone your plan!

hey all, just getting my head out of the 9-5 mindset and looking to expand to real estate - I am initially very interested in cash flowing opportunities in Denver (or relatively nearby, up to Ft Colins Dows to Col Springs) - but am concerned they don't exist - would love feedback/advice/etc - also very open to cosmetic fixes with an acqiuisition but house hacking is not in the cards (at least not right now).....

I personally love Brussel sprouts and most types of fish, and might have my rock band buddies run some practice sessions in the living room in the middle of the night too.. lolIn all seriousness, thanks for the advice everybody, she claims she’ll be leaving by Thursday but I’m ready to lawyer up to get her gone if need be.

Obviously I accept children and have children in my units and do not discriminate in any way against any type of tenants but feel like if you end up missing out on a few prospective tenants because they’re young children can’t use your shower only bathroom I’m sure there will be other tenants around the corner who will love the shower and be happy to have it.

My numbers reflect that increase of taxes.As for managing the property Nah…I love peace of mind not having to manage it.
