Hey guys,I found two vacant properties here in Houston.

I have to make a decision by the end of the summer as I have an opportunity to move to Houston. 

I've got a great cleaning lady, but I'm doing all of the laundry as well as communicating with guests, managing the calendar, etc.We're just south of Houston, so stop by some time if you are in town.

Any advice on how to find out if there is still a business opportunity to provide comfortable, reasonably priced housing that is tailored to this group of customers (Poker table, kegorator, etc.) in the Houston/LaPorte/Deerpark/Baytown areas? 

Just a generic MLS home in Houston.

Anyone have any recommendations for lenders that do portfolio loans in the Houston area?

Does anyone have a template of a repair sheet they use in Houston Texas I would highly appreciate it 

My agent was able to locate a property in Houston, TX for 90k with an ARV of 145k but needs about 10k for repairs. 

Now that I am back in Texas, I am apart of the Houston REIA and have met some great people, and have even taken the 3 day investing workshop.I have a goal to use wholesaling as my start up strategy, move into fix and flips, and then eventually build a multi-million dollar portfolio using appreciating subject to deals and apartment buildings.If anyone has any tips that they can share with me on how I can more effectively wholesale with a very small marketing budget, I would be glad to hear it.
