Introducing myself and can't wait to learn from the community

Hi everyone, my name is Erin and I am new member of the community.  I am really excited to be apart of the family and to learn as much as I can so that I can be successful and help others to do the same.  

My experience has been in short sale negotiations for a strong real estate team in Ohio. Now that I am back in Texas, I am apart of the Houston REIA and have met some great people, and have even taken the 3 day investing workshop.

I have a goal to use wholesaling as my start up strategy, move into fix and flips, and then eventually build a multi-million dollar portfolio using appreciating subject to deals and apartment buildings.

If anyone has any tips that they can share with me on how I can more effectively wholesale with a very small marketing budget, I would be glad to hear it.  As well, if there are any investors in the Houston area who could use a wholesalers help, I want to be able to support.
