All the units have the baseboard heating radiators. 

If you separate out the utilities that can be quite expensive because now you need 4x heating systems, 4x plumbing risers & meters, 4x electric systems etc and permits for all of that.

Forced air heating, Window a/c units, and Gas utilities.  

Hi All - I'm currently evaluating the pros/cons of transitioning a 48-unit apartment complex's boiler & chiller system to either PTAC or Ductless Mini Split for heating and air.  

New Roof, exterior refresh, new AC/Heating units What was the outcome?

Otherwise someone would have noticed roaches coming out of the heating unit and things like that.

@Jade Pickenheim does the home have primary heat?

They also put in a new heat pump and removed the oil tank as the oil furnace had died. 

If you have a townhome without HVAC but window units and baseboard heating, you should have that in mind when comparing your rental with large apartment buildings with full amenities. 

I do like Burbank and North/East Hollywood quite a bit for the long run as the streaming war heats up with Netflix and Disney taking up more offices creating more jobs that will help lift the residential market as well.
