One word of advice, knowing the industry, what ever you're going to do & where ever, be sure you're claiming those tips!

I'd like to call the water company to come out and repair it, and use that opportunity to find out any further information- only challenge is, whether they will agree, considering I am not the owner at this point. 

Mine for this one was expanding my mind even further on ways to get access to more money to scale the business even further.

I have done a few BRRR here in Ontario, but am finding with the price spike (see Lee's post about Peterborough sale prices) I am starting to get priced out.May take a look further at Moncton then as well. thanks!
