So, just so I understand (because I'm still trying to totally grasp the concept):  I'll plunk down all cash at first and then refinance w/ a lender to get a mortgage on the place--so that way, I'll get the money back that I paid initially (or most of it), and afterwards only have to pay the monthly mortgage, correct?

After reminders from @Tom V. about my prior experience and expertise, I'm wondering how much my thoughts about testing the trailer/airstream/tiny home concept out (or even living on a temporary living situation there myself and renting out my nice apt on AirB&B) are influencing my thoughts about this property if there were no consideration for the temporary living aspect. hmmm....

Like @Kerry Edwards mentioned, Anderson isn't the hotbed of activity like Indy is.It looks like ARV is in the lower $80k range with at least 90 DOM.I hope that helps.
