It's definitely something I explored and want to be able to utilize my skills, however, would like to find a way to find some skin in the game of RE.

I use Zillow Rental Manager to collect rent electronically, I just started using Stessa to track data, a Excel check book register to track expenses and deposits and TurboTenant to list my vacant properties.  

I'm primarily on VRBO and I get these regular suggestions from VRBO that state "adjust your rate based on changing market data". 

@Colleen F.Thank you Colleen, you are absolutely correct, a second story would solve my issue I could potentially see some conflict with the neighbors to the back of the property but it is definitely something I will explore!

In other words, my current real estate knowledge is only just scratching the surface.I am exploring real estate because I want the choice and flexibility to spend my time how I choose to. 

Once we have historical data to lean on it becomes easier to provide that data.

There are LOTS of things to know about when exploring this option so please work with someone who has real experience - not just someone who says "We can do that". 

As mentioned by my colleagues, you need to explore whatever remaining options you have to mitigate it.

I'm also interested in exploring the Air Bnb route, but totally a new investor in that area as well.Thanks,Shilpa
