None of the internal or external lighting is, even the wall-mounted fixtures.The fix is pretty simple -- you break out the plaster, plunge-cut through the lath neatly with an oscillating saw, put in what's called an "old work box," screw the box's wings open and down to hold the box in place, run the wires through the integrated clamps in the box.This looks like a 1970s-era light fixture.

The appraiser wouldn't use the comps I had planned on from the upcoming expanding growth county, he used the lower, more destitute county comps because that's where front door was.I didn't want to try to market for 30 - 60 days looking for another buyer, paying 2 or even 3 mortgage payments, cutting deeper into already losing cause.
