This tells me 1) some of these must have growing seller motivation and 2) the exit strategy has to account for potential days on market (and or priced where other investors can still make their target nut).

Hello,I'm working on my first seller financed deal and have a few pretty silly questions.  I've worked out the terms so that they are favorable to both myself and the seller, now I just have to actually execute on it ...

The Asian community by and large is well educated highly driven and is nuts about Real Estate and owning it. 

On the flip side, @Russell Brazil is an agent and doesn't sound like he wouldn't give you the time of day if you requested a singular showing through him.

If @Russell Brazil works Baltimore I would also recommend him.

@Michael Jone  I hear what your saying many on BP will say the same thing don't spend money on training you can get it all here at BP  although @Russell Brazil comments are in my mind made in a manner that in genuine .. so I think you were a little harsh on himThe reality as @Aaron Mazzrillo stated is these companies are all fronted by UTAH based seminar companies Every single one of them..

I know that you will love this but I am going to start off is there is low term and longer term investm nuts in real estate investments.  

I suspect it'll overlap a lot with why @Russell Brazil is successful as a salesman even though he can't, or doesn't, "sell."
