Tracy,Contact your local HBA (Home Builders Association), they will be able to give you a list of members and ask them the companies that are buying land. 

There are tons of lenders who lend to companies on residential properties. 

Are there any companies out there who I may be able to reach out to such as national brands like Public Storage or Senior Care centers who would buy it?
