Hello everyone! 👋 I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Ethan, and I recently moved here from Austin in October after purchasing a duplex in the Medical Center area. Since then, I've been renovating the property, with the plan to rent it out on a midterm basis to traveling professionals.

For my day job, I work remotely for a leading PropTech company as a real estate technology advisor to owners, developers, and managers and love having conversations about everything real estate and tech.

San Antonio is such a vibrant city, and I'm excited to be part of it, especially within the MTR space. I'm very keen to network with others in the San Antonio MTR community, share insights, and learn from your experiences. Whether you're a fellow property owner, a service provider, or just have some tips and tricks to share about the area, I'd love to connect!

Hey @Ethan Espinosa you probably need to go to some meetups. There are plenty around town. I have one(all the info is on my profile), Alamo Investors, SAREIA, Pints & Properties, In Between REI and a bunch more. Those are the ones that I go to.
