Has anyone had experience with the brand "quick step," and specifically put down the studio laminate flooring in rental properties?

Custom built because I want to add an inlaw apartment and to design the house in a way where I don't have to interact with the tenants, as in, they have their own exits and entrances and perhaps make their bedrooms into mini studios (with full bathroom and kitchenette).

It's pretty much a studio apt down there and I don't use it for anything other than a small gym tucked behind the utility systems and laundry area.

The options available on amazon are overwhelming so if anyone here has either recommended books or has experience doing these kinds of repairs and wants to share their 2c, then I'm all ears.Thanks!
