While an introduction and a bit of simply "getting my feet wet" has been my reason for posting, I suppose my ultimate goal with joining bigger pockets is networking and seeking advice for off market deals (and all thing investing) Also, I am interested in finding new local investors and lenders to work with!

I live in Canton, Michigan still trying to learn more before getting my feet wet. 

It is much worse, imo, when there is a water leak and everything around stay wet for long time.

After reading many of the BP forums I feel I'm finally ready to step from behind the computer screen and finally get my feet wet.

Hi Everyone,I'm looking to get my feet wet in Real Estate.

I have my feet wet and just closed my first flip!

I guess the word is scaling up..I will do commercial loans until the banks tell me i cant do no mas..Mixed use gotta watch out with insurance, Liability depending whats in the commercial space..but just to get your beak wet you can do 3 to 4 unitsbut if your gut instincts tells you to go higher why not. you only live once.. 

I'm leaning somewhat on the side of getting my license to get my feet wet in the industry since I am in no financial position to be investing just yet, and I think the access to MLS would be something I would really enjoy down the line as an investor, even though I realize I can hire an agent to do this for me.

Excited to really jump in and get my feet wet!
