Hi Chetan,I’d suggest keeping a close watch on your cash flow when considering raising capital or refinancing.

I personally watched our lead tester do all the testing and there wasn't a single thing fake about it.

I watched a documentary called "the patent scam" - these poor mid-large companies are dealing with cut throat attorneys that know how to work the system causing them to pay millions in legal fees or settle.
