I also have a DSCR/COCR/ROI Sensitivty analysis page, an amortization schedule accurate up to 30 years and a criteria worksheet page that I plan to coordinate with the primary page to show conditional formatting with the resulting numbers to visually tell me what metrics work with my criteria and which ones do not. 

I'm not trying to reinvent the wheel, but much like designing an app, I want to map out my strategy in a visual/flow chart to help organize it all.

Can hardly contain myself, I have not closed the deal yet but I can already visualize the check.I was baking cookies during the open house when I received the call from the broker to inform me that we had received an offer for the home after being listed on the MLS for only ONE day. 

that may be a little more than what could be included for a good ROI on this project, I guess it'll depend on the remaining numbers as usual, though visually it would have a huge impact and the target market for this project would really be attracted to it. 

However I was looking for someone who would do more than just a visual inspection of the outside of the property - I was looking for someone to go inside (I can provide a one-time door code) and do detailed photos of  potential problem areas etc. 

I also am hands on and visually oriented so for my first deals I would like to be able to keep and eye on them as well as to build systems for future management.
