This is way too complicated for most people who want to invest without money.

Last and most importantly, 99.9% of BP posters who are concerned with asset protection and/or believe anonymity will somehow protect them can’t even articulate what they are protecting against and that’s what leads to unnecessary time and expense spent on flawed asset protection practices. 

In most cases, neither is warranted.Warning: I am not an attorney, and this can be a complicated topic.

As I recall I even looked into it but it was either too sketchy, too complicated, or he just never got back to me.

They STR game can be very complicated in NE Florida due to zoning laws, imaginary lines between cities that are and are not incorporated and county rules.  

I opted for a more complicated approach which requires a developer and never ending modifications which I anticipated -- yet frustrating at times.   

Financing them is also not complicated but some banks/lenders have no desire to fund them.  

Highly unprofessional and unnecessary expensive !  

We're solving the issue, but the blanket does complicate it.

I understand the desire to streamline operations and avoid unnecessary paperwork and fees.
