I am inclined to buy a fourth property, a three family, with a mortgage solely as an investment, and possibly a fifth (a townhouse) for my own use near family and roots.  

Of course everyone will have different opinions on here, but I personally don't see the worth in up-rooting yourself (and your job) to move to an investable area.

At the root of this is the simple problem that would be solved by doing your own marketing, lead generation and research. 

Today while watching the DOW drop almost 500 points at its very bottom, I found myself, as I do many days, rooting for the stock market to go DOWN.And I thought to myself: I always root against the stock market.Why?
