Hurricanes are a tricky business, we’ve had 3 in the last 3 years, and I’m actually flying back to Wilmington right now just ahead of Elsa, which I’m hoping is down to a tropical storm by now!

Here in Florida there is also a pretty ridiculous insurance lead time during hurricane season (they won't issue homeowner's policies when there a tropical storm lurking in the area).2.

And then leave it at that, it kind of plants the seed and you never know.Aside from that, gaining traction is a huge topic.

First of all, I completely sympathize with your position, when I purchased my first home here, the first tropical storm, The BUCKETS (that were taken down and hidden during inspections and walkthrough) in the attic overflowed and began to damage the home.

I’m not zoned commercial, but zoned R2 so I was told potential to build another dwelling in the property and it had plants of land to do so.
