I heard about triple net leases but I'm not too sure about them.

I currently pay $5,400 in my county on a triple decker 3 times the market value.

There were mostly doubles and triples at the time of purchase.

How do you triple check comps to verify?

I  ask questions over the phone ,then have them do a back ground if they look like a winner based on a verbal general info .I will do keep one more ready  but not filling out a whole app with personal info .I guess some people harvest money from apps  double triple the cost ?
