Somewhere along the way our society has moved to feeling centric vs thought centric. 

What are your thoughts on doing a flip or a BRRRR that seams to be the best way to capitalize on your investment.

Sorry to address such an old post, but when I saw it pop up on google and I was familiar with the company, thought I would share my experience. 

Everyone thought we were crazy trying to buy in 2019 ("The housing market is going to crash!")

I originally thought buying properties as primary for a year and then renting them out was going to get me further but I don’t make a ton of money at my 9-5 so my dti seems to be maxed out already.

I have a mix of long term rentals and STRs and rent some of my STSs mid term in the off season so I am happy to share my thoughts and experiences with each strategy in this area.  

Though my property management company eventually took care of the eviction proceedings and repaired the property to prepare for a new tenant, I feel they were negligent in their duties.
