Even if the end pension fund buyer thinks the homes are worth that much, are they confident that we haven't seen a temporary spike in home prices?

If values spike up in the next few years, you will probably be sued with the claim you took advantage of them.

This has caused interest rates to spike up to the high 4's which has caused alarm on deals.The lenders I talk to say that they believe rates will fall back down some after these concerns ease up.
