How is recent interest rate SHOCK affecting your deals?

Recently with Russia and the sanctions imposed by the United States it has caused some unsettling in the financial markets. This has caused interest rates to spike up to the high 4's which has caused alarm on deals.

The lenders I talk to say that they believe rates will fall back down some after these concerns ease up. This happened awhile backs also when the feds were talking of easing up on bond buying.

I know rates are expected to hit 5% by the end of the year but hope this bump and rise in rates goes back down.
