Mexico has very long coastlines though so you can't just bet but you could strike gold if you get it righted we're making best use of our local connections to find out before the word gets out.

@Navid A.My colleagues did a spectacular job over-complicating a common situation that had a simple solution: report the entire deal as your partner's and have him issue a 1099 to you (or to your LLC).

The downside I could see is that they may not be spectacular renters, and then you are locked into annoying, needy, or difficult to manage renters for 5 years. 

I think that area is over saturated, you really need to have something spectacular to stand out.

People were buying and investing in spite of super restrictive environment since growth was spectacular.

The beach is always a draw, but there’s a huge coastline of it.  

Out on the coast we have breathtakingly beautiful coastline, some of which is multi million dollar estate ville, but other areas are still pretty affordable.

It's an absolutely beautiful city and has some spectacular real-estate.
