It takes a lot of time.Do you think a NFL quarterback learns everything over a weekend when they are just getting started, and that is after they had been playing for 8 years at different levels. 

That’s a pure cash flow play - monthly interest payments hitting your bank account is a great feeling!

Im able to find great cash flow here and over the last 5 years we have seen appreciaiotn play as well. 

Once I’ve confirmed who they (allegedly) are (of the latest wave,) I often call back multiple times, and when I get a live answer, I play music - only then do they get the point.

It rents for $1950 and is more of an appreciation play because I like the area. 

I don't know if this is in play for you or not... but it could also help explain the significant jump in taxes if it applies.I would start off with a call the appraiser and discuss the situation.  

The thing I am working on now is getting all of my pieces together to understand the roles each person will play in my business.
