Still working on timing my transition from stocks to real estate.

This topic comes up with more expensive fix and flip courses where you have to determine the timing of the deduction and when the course was taken when folks are transitioning from their W-2 jobs.

I ended up giving him some seller concessions (Which I ended up raising the price to make up the difference), he bought with a conventional loan, and overall was a smooth transaction.

As I transition to the civilian life I would like to utilize my VA home loan to start my real estate journey.
