That's probably what I'd do first unless you just have no experience doing these deals at all.

I have others that can close in just a few days, if that's your priority.I'm happy to share my experience both as an investor and as a lender.

I would anticipate it would depend on the level of detail you desired but it has been my experience that the will do free estimates.

I don't have a lot of experience, but I do have the ability to exchange my time, so that could be a form a currency that benefits them.
