And even if they can, they will always see that mess in their mind when looking the house.I also don't recommend letting a potential buyer choose finishes for the house unless you get a nonrefundable deposit that will cover the cost of replacing their finishes with something that won't be their specific taste.

And if the same ninja investors were to post there, I'm sure they would get a much better taste of reality.As an example, I recently saw a post where a new BP member without much of a profile or picture who allegedly wholesales 13 million to 1 billion commercial properties wanting to know how to find investors.

I am sure the Beverly Hills, Rodeo drive, or Santa monica buyer will have different tastes than a buyer in inglewood, eagle rock, or el monte areas.In my experience it has been up to $35-50 to replace roof, siding, exterior paint, landscaping, Hvac, plumbing, and the major components along with the costmetic components mentioned above.
