The first property I ever purchased was a section 8 duplex in North Philadelphia.

I'm currently renting to a section 8 tenant in NYC and I've decided I won't be renewing the lease once it expires next summer.

Needless to say, the year began stressfully but has turned the corner.

. - Only 4 houses down from my current home in metro Detroit, MI.We toured the property and it was a hot mess, easily a complete remodel because of cigarette smoke damage that seems to have reached every corner, but the prospect of redoing it really excites us.

He told me when the damage is like this it has to be replaced meaning door jamb, and door which is sold together and you can't cut out just a section of that wood and to bond it back to the way it was originally is not possible when it is that dinged , it is just white now, with dings and some corners fixed here and there.

Learning that there is always another property around the corner is crucial.

Site runs very slow, information is not current and search functions are set in such a way that you have to constantly clear search terms, or change criteria to have it pull what you want - this is especially frustrating in the comps section where - for no reason - you have to open the settings and select "all" for it to pull in comps.
