Brad is not a charity; he charges a fee for training and mentoring;  like all GYM memberships, if you don't use it, it wasn't worth it.  

And the only reason people are doing that is because the fear mongering the agents were starting, telling one customer to another and the train just keeps going. 

It might be better to partner with a successful PM that could help you with the systems, brand recognition, and give you that shoulder to shoulder training.

To find where to invest, look for places with lots of jobs, good schools, not much crime, and nice things like parks, shops, and buses or trains.

So just like the youtube videos you can pay a lot of money for their training and you're probably not really that much further ahead to invest in your local market.If you tell us where you are or where you want to invest, we can perhaps point you to some better resources.

Service dogs take two years to be trained.  

I have several years in sales, management and training but I have never invested. 

(But don't even think of doing this one without getting proper training and solid paperwork!)
