Thank you, you made some great points, I really appreciate you taking the time to respond!

Thus the lack of experience begins to show along with lack of maturity when things go bad, they fail to respond to people and ignore them, with some not even finding out a property was lost at foreclosure.

Most who responded would have pushed you towards the easy origination lender I described above but which lender would you rather be working with now?

Sorry, I haven’t responded but they told me they want you to have about 50k to invest and 8k about to do one deal or 20k to do unlimited deals( these cost you pay is to get access to their team).

I follow up with unmatched FF leads and respond to every inquiry within 24 hours.  

From my experience, tenants respond well when they know a place has been remodeled and never lived in. 

There are plenty of articles and cases out there about discriminating solely based on how the rent gets funded so you have to very careful how you respond.
