Used a long handled scrapper - but that is very slow and gouging the floor.Anyone have an idea how to remove this padding - refinisher says the sticky padding will gum up the sand paper and his machine.

It leave me like $20k profit, but a lot of unknown could happen.Here is what my calculation:1)cost of money: 4 points($4k) plus $2k processing and holding fee for 6 months =$12k2) closing cost when bought: -->$6k3) repairs: $15k to $20k: inside paint, refinish floor, yard work and possibly remodel bathroom.
