Right now, my main concern is if the health care rules do change (lets assume similar to the two proposed bills) how does that look to affect Medicaid and the ability to find clients?

They're only required to repay you for health, safety, preservation of the property....fixing broken windows, roof leaks, locks, etc.#3. 

If they don't know how to price your unit or promote it - that might be a different problem all together.
