So, now I’m looking for advice on where a new investor should begin in this community—whether it’s podcasts, books, or even specific forums within BiggerPockets.I am really eager to learn, grow, make and learn from my mistakes, take calculated risks and in short dive into this whole heartedly. 

I’ve been listening to audiobooks, reading books, listening to podcasts, joined some FB groups, and this forum. 

@Michelle Lammers after listening to BG podcast #364 we decided to work with Avery Carl’s team at The Short Term Shop.

I would add on for research the podcast “ We study Billionaires” they have recently done a split in their podcast.

Hiring a VA is like hiring anyone else, and sometimes more difficult since they're remote and you can't sit down and show them the ropes every day for a month until they learn it all- relocation, you might not have to relocate, I know there was one property manager on peter lohmanns podcast who only does remote PM, but they have some employees in the area in which they manage, so that might be worth finding and listening to.

I heard this on a pod cast before where the investor buys 15 rentals, 1 every year for 15 years. 

I have been soaking up information from youtube, podcasts, websites, etc., as I am sure we all do, and look forward to taking the next step on this journey.

I would love to hear any recommendations of online resources and/or podcasts to understand the market better, as well as RE investing in general.
