I've been trying to get up to speed on tenants rights in New York, which can help understand what is expected of the landlord, but would appreciate some content geared to landlords. 

We are always kept up to speed on how the properties are performing, but it's minimal time involved. 

Be sure to advertise exactly what SORT of charging your property offers as there are like a dozen possibilities.Everything past that is speed of charge or dealing with billing infrastructure.

@henryClark  owns property there and is up to speed with most things Belize.I was just down there in Jan. looking at some government sponsored low income housing where there were capital needs.

I am not an economist but I also know they "changed the rules" when calculating inflation and used to account for the borrowing rate in that calculation which they no longer use (which would have let us know inflation was around 15%+ recently at the peak and not 9%). 

This would be a flip, but if push came to shove, refinance and attempt to list on market during peak sale season in my area.
