Some of the big firms may cover everywhere but I suspect that smaller outfits probably don't have their finger on the pulse of all areas.

I eventually moved to Seattle at some point and got in with some quality painting outfits.

http://tra...The long story short, they have homes, and renovate it with things that cater towards elderly people by putting in ramps, outfitting showers with handles and holds, wheelchair lift, etc.They have like 3-4 bedrooms, and rent them out by room, one to two people per room.

New LT's might not have all the stuff for a household and may not enjoy outfitting a home.  

Build the menu firstFor many hotels in particular, it starts with building the menu first and then outfitting the kitchen based on what is needed to create the menu.

We are located in Duluth, Georgia, my wife is actually going through the class now to get her license and I have a construction background and I'm currently a Project Manager for a glass and glazing outfit in Georgia.

Did you try to stay local or go with a larger outfit maybe one of the ones advertised on the podcasts?

I have only been able to reach out to the big name outfits, who only work with the better products, and go above and beyond the type of work a flip requires.
