I can't speak for all TK providers, but since my model is designed for long term buy and hold, then I am going to over renovate the home with granite in A+ properties, vinyl plank flooring in high traffic areas, brush nickel faucets, oil rubbed bronze fans, brush nickel cabinet knobs/handles, new vanities, new counter tops, address 98% of the items in the buyers inspection report, thicker carpet and carpet pads in the bedrooms, ceramic tile in showers and bathrooms, new supply hoses on all plumbing connections, update electrical systems, fix/install fences, repair outdoor storage, etc.

We replace the lists with fresh data every 6 months and keep on rolling...But there are special groups like expired listings or tax liens or divorce that we might just hit once or twice near the event and not necessarily continue mailing to them.Also, think about how DIRECT MAIL fits into your larger marketing strategy - we also like OUTDOOR (billboards, bandits, etc.) and ONLINE (AdWords).

My thinking is for Household storeage . two of the places do offer a small outdoor storeage for Boats , RV's etc .not sure what those rates are I guess it depends on the size .

Just ask the landlords that got sued for having, putatively, set their water heater on  too high a temperature and were held financially liable for tenant burns for perhaps query the landlord held liable for his contractor raping their tenant.

I've worked for a hunting outfitter in Wyoming before and I absolutely love the outdoors(Skiing/Snowboarding/Hunting/Fishing/Camping/Golfing, etc.)During the honeymoon I would like to be visiting some investor-friendly towns that have a close proximity to the mountains.
