My concerns: what if he does not move all his belongings and furnitures?

He wants to build a booth in the attached garage so that he can varnish/paint furniture and vent the fumes outside.  

The average rents that I have seen for either a 2 bed or 3 bed row/town house has been anywhere from $900-1200 depending on the cosmetic upgrades and features (i.e. garage, outdoor space, etc). 

My name is DeBoRaH, I live in Marietta GA, I love the out doors, I am a vegan/raw foodie.  

His supervisors spoke highly of him; even helped him with furniture, kitchen items when he moved in. 

People are taking landlords to court here and getting judgements for cost of treatment, replacement cost of furniture, etc.

I have met with the upstairs tenants in their apartment and quite honestly they have so much furniture crammed in the apartment, there is no way the kids could be running around or rollerblading.  

Investors - Are you more, or less likely to buy the property if all you see are studs and subfloor vs existing dirty carpet, damaged drywall and old furniture etc.

I have been told that the common areas such as the hallways, stair cases, any outdoor lighting have to be put on a separate meter when renting out a multifamily home.

I have enough furniture in storage to furnish this house, so we will rent individual rooms until spring, then we will get the entire house re-rented for May.You can always pick-up individuals during the school year ... those who land at university as a foreign student or late admission are around for another 2-3 weeks.
