Hi BP family,I'm an out-of-state investor in Ohio for a year.

They are based in New York City and Ohio.

During my initial market research Columbus,Ohio and Cincinnati,Ohio came up as potential markets to invest in.

Oh, wait...you already did, three times but I'm still lobbying to be the first four-timer before @Ben Leybovich takes the spot.  

I'm sure you could...as long as you're actually paying that expense to someone...oh wait, that person would be yourself...so you'd need to both record the income of you paying yourself as well as the expense of yourself paying you. 

I started in real estate after moving from Florida to Ohio, leaving my job, and going all in full time.Are you looking to be a more hands on investor or for something passive to invest your business profits in?

In March I purchased a house in Mansfield, Ohio to rehab, with the intentions of selling it in the spring, or renting it.

I suggest looking into IN, OH, MI, WI, MO, ID, etc.
