The summers are hard on A/C's here so it seems like regardless of which brand I have every 5 years or so either a fan motor or starter capacitor goes on them. 

I’m looking for the best value buy on a ceiling mounted projector plus screen that raises and lowers from the ceiling.

The one issue we had is the fan motor on one head was noisy from install and we are waiting for replacement so we shut that one off  quite a bit. 

Instead of a floating bar, you can float over and change your motor oil and air filter.

the room is 72 sqft so I won’t be able to build a closet on the ground (otherwise it won’t be 70 sqft)… if I mount a closet on the wall, would it meet the requirement of a bedroom I.e. would the County change the public record?

Hey Richard,There are three kinds of sink mounts: top mount/drop in (the usual for stainless steel sinks on laminate countertops), undermount (more usual as a luxury installation for natural and manufactured stone), and flush mount (least common, used for some luxury installations with extra-large apron sinks).Clearly, this is an undermount installation on granite. 

I have had to replace expensive parts (pool motors, etc) allowing the tenant to maintain on their own and I feel like there needs to be a better option there.

@Roy Gutierrez we have a heavy bag in our basement and properly mounted it isn't a issue and we don't have a steel beam.
