Although I’m not new to this fantastic platform, I have some exciting news to share.

The only downsides I’ll gripe about is the time it takesto get used to the move in process of adding a tenant (if you already have people) and that I don’t find it mobile phone friendly for doing a lot of work however short quick hit issues are great on the phone.  

I'm already using RentRedi to screen tenants, receive rent, deliver messages, but I wanted to know if anyone had any suggestions on either a software or virtual assistant type platform that helps them automate maintenance requests...

Additionally, the Courthouse Online platform is a helpful tool for property assessment data, including ownership and sale history; you’ll just need your property’s Control Number to get started.The Property Mapper is great for visuals, but it sometimes lags with the latest updates, so checking with the Recorder of Deeds or using Courthouse Online will give you the most accurate information.
