It's not 16th Street and Mission in SF but it is a rough area. 

SOMA, East Cut, Yerba Buena, China Basin and Mission Bay condos are my fear at the moment based on your comment above and with the increasing layoffs that are taking place this week across the Gigeconomy including, but not limited to Lyft, Uber, Airbnb the inventory is going to only increase further. 

Managing the finances and debt are the hurdle now, we are on a mission to eliminate the "stupid debt" from our lives, doing well on that although not as quickly as I would like.

Just because someone has zero posts or five posts do not assume they do not have value.There are people here with 10 posts before that have contacted me that are very busy professionals that have a ton of capital and have been good clients.Their purpose was really to come on to the site and learn some and then connect with people for a mission.

Fishing with Realtors isn't a good thing, especially if they think you're working with them and they begin doing things for you.I don't care for the idea of just cold calling the Board of Realtors list.It's pretty easy to find the more popular, more successful agents, just look at the listings and sales.Now, you can call and introduce yourself, the mission here is to let them know you're an investor, what you are looking for in general and that you're a willing and able buyer.BTW, if you're not able to buy, have qualifying credit, reserves and can blast through the lending process (or pay cash), then don't read further.
