I would rather have a good Longterm tenant under by $35.  

Both Raleigh and Greensboro have their advantages, but with your experience in Greensboro and proximity to Cone Hospital, MTR (mid-term rentals) could be a strong option, especially for traveling nurses or medical professionals.

However, I notice that Personal Injury is not included and I'm thinking that may be important to have for a Short Term Rental.

So if you are looking to hold long term, you must take that into consideration.
