My most recent research has been on selection 8 housing and where I have been focusing my interest in learning about as of lately, is this something that you would recommend, If so why or why not?

Still get a fair number of potential customers asking to buy AirBnB and MTR, but most of these I think are way late to the game. 

If it keeps you up late at night, then maybe you should start the process.

I’ve been involved in real estate investing for a while but lately I’ve been bullish on fractional real estate investing. 

Good afternoon Bigger Pockets, my name is Alejandro and I have just joined this community.

We’ve had our 1/2 duplex on the market since late July (a few days before the end of the month, so about 30 days now) and we haven’t had anyone serious come through yet.

I originally planned on selling the home, but after researching through Bigger Pockets lately, I have decided to hold and rent after a rehab.

A little late to this but very helpful.

Equity is great on paper, but it may not mean much when the first position balance has grown exponentially due to accrued late fees and penalties and the property is selling for maybe 70 cents on the dollar at auction.
