I can assure you of that.. and I am not a landlord.

If they have been there for a day longer than 1 year, they must get 60 days' notice; if they have been there for a day longer than two years, the landlord must give 90 days' notice. 

If calling a plumber to fix a real leak is going to kill your reserves, this is a bad deal on a property and bad cash flow.The first thing to learn as a landlord is that everything is your responsibility to cure.

Hi @Radhika S.Memphis, TN has great cash flow properties and Tennessee is a Landlord friendly state.

I have been interested in REI for 7+ years, have been a landlord for 4+ years, but in all reality, if I put all of that same energy back into my work career instead, I would probably be financially further down the road.

I have something I want to develop in 2025 as well and it definitely is more interesting to me than being a landlord.

Allegedly they were scammed by a fake landlord posing as property owner. 

Its hotel law not landlord law.
