I just moved to OKC to invest for that reason.could get better appreciation elsewhere but if appreciation is just icing on the cake, it sure makes for a low risk investment

@Brian Hughes  "I would say 80% of the crowd of supporters there was somewhere in their late teens through mid 20's"This is an interesting observation because it does seem like a lot of the push for these policies is coming from the younger generations as part of the social justice reform that has been a major topic recently. 

However, after being an agent for a few years I really believe that part-time realtors don't do their clients justice.

So, I'll have to use the government to find him and bring him justice.

That is seen when you screen tenants properly . if they have a pattern of broken agreements, job loss , evictions , debt , criminal justice involvement, etc , could be a sign of substance abuse / alcoholism. more important  to look for those red flags than to measure their blood alcohol level

In some counties/ District Justice Courts, the Judge will not allow an individual to represent an entity like an LLC, S Corp, C Corp etc unless that individual is a licensed attorney in Pennsylvania.

No one is going to give it justice in a message board post.Read books. 

This is a fascinating story, I feel like I have a dog in this fight (from the perspective of justice) and I will watch, learn and follow up on its developments.
