I'm sure your instructors will have little to do with investing in real estate so they may not be able to help you. 

Or attorney states.this being a national forum.. we have to remember many folks out east will never have heard of customer service .. or what the title co do to earn our business.the folks out there use them like they are personal attorney... were AS THE only way we talk to an attorney is if we are getting sued LOLcarry on  on your respa  conversation I have to do my NMLS CE tomorrow I will ask the instructor about this as well from a national perspective

Yes there are many good coaches, instructors and paid mentors.

I took a course last year and was working with the instructors while trying to complete my first deal, but I recently contacted them but have not received a response and I don't want to lose this deal, so I'm seeking help for anyone who's willing to assist me.

By trade I am an instructor and would love to be near enough to society to run classes from my property for some additional income, so living somewhat near civilization would be preferred.That being said I’d also like to take advantage of leveraging.

My instructors have been in the retail space for 35 to 40 years as developers and have each developed tens of millions of sq ft in retail space.One has 2 projects going right now one for entry value of 150 million and another for 200 million.These are the people I learn from and listen to that have been in the trenches and been through many complete retail real estate cycles.   

Instructors are a wealth of knowledge and you can propel yourself forward when armed with the right education.
