I think you do it like any other small business we build up a war chest and you limit your debt.. so if sales go down your not going down as well and you can weather. 

A) Focus on fixing your finances, killing off credit card debt, build up savings, increase your main source of income.

Use the flipping to build up a war chest that you can deploy when it's sufficient to buy you some scale.
