I'm very new (a couple of weeks) to BP, and equally as new to investing and I honestly have no idea what I'm doing, but I'm diving in so that I can immerse myself in the culture.

I quickly immersed myself into real estate but more specifically multifamily. 

So kudos there = ) I would say that networking is your second best plan of action and asking as many questions as possible from those that are already fully immersed.

I know that sounds kind of basic, but if you're not in a hurry, it it is an enjoyable way to immerse yourself and learn the specifics about what you're interested in before diving deeper later.

Whether you pay $30 for a couple of books from amazon, $300 for somebody's course, or $500 for some personal consulting, that could be money well spent to streamline your learning (it also could be money wasted if it's paid to a fake guru.. keyword fake).Whatever you decide to do, just start immersing yourself in this starting today.

I actually left my corporate job 6 years ago because I DIDN'T have the time to really immerse myself in real estate and do it at a high level.

It was fairly immersive, and covered a lot of different things.  

Try your best to immerse yourself.

The outcome was a successful short-term rental that provides a fully immersive guest experience.
