So I started looking into real estate investing, the fact that the terminology was easy for me to grab is what drew me in.

Lady’s man tip ; Easiest way to get a girl interested is when you are making a first impression at a bar and having small talk you ask her if she is into guys with a 6 pack .. when she responds “ yes” you lift up your shirt and say “ well baby I can do better than that cuz I got the whole case !”

In my services I will attempt to grab as much real data as possible, so I will call  utility companies, and look at the market data, and I will alter the analysis based on request.So my question is this something  potential investors might be interested in?

It is very possible to grab up three to four solid cash flowing properties like this!
